Empowering Families Through Personal Finance Knowledge
About Us
We believe financial peace isn’t about restriction—it’s about clarity, confidence, and purpose.
We are a family-owned budget consultancy dedicated to helping individuals take control of their money, eliminate debt, build savings, and create a healthier relationship with their finances. Through practical coaching programs, we teach real-world budgeting skills that work in everyday life—not just on spreadsheets.
Our background combines an accounting degree, professional accounting careers, and over 14 years of hands-on experience coaching individuals through financial challenges. We’ve helped clients break free from paycheck-to-paycheck cycles, pay off debt, and build sustainable habits that lead to long-term financial security.
Most of our careers were built in Northern Virginia near Washington, DC, where we worked with clients from a wide range of financial situations. Today, we’re proud to call coastal North Carolina home, where we’re raising our three sons and building a life centered on what matters most.
At our core, we prioritize faith, family, and health, and those values guide how we coach. We don’t believe in shame, quick fixes, or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, we focus on education, accountability, and encouragement—helping you live a more constructive, confident, and financially secure life.
If you’re ready to stop feeling stressed about money and start making it work for you, we’d be honored to help!

What Our Clients Say

"Patrick and Lindsay have made a meaningful difference on our family’s financial life. They helped us become debt free before having children and taught us practical budgeting and money management skills that made it possible to live in Fairfax, VA, a high cost of living area with confidence and clarity.
Today, we are a family of four children and continue to rely on the strong financial foundation they helped us create. Their guidance shaped the way we think about money encouraging us to diversify income thoughtfully while keeping time and family as our highest priorities. Because of their support, we are able to make intentional, value based decisions to care for our family, including taking on the responsibility of my husband’s mother. We are incredibly grateful for their insight, encouragement, and lasting impact on our family’s financial well-being."
"Patrick and Lindsay have played a huge role in helping my wife and I become completely debt-free and truly in control of our finances. I work in construction project management and my wife is a Physical Therapist Assistant, and with their guidance we were able to shift our mindset, gain new perspectives, and make small but impactful tweaks to our budget. Because of that, we paid for our entire wedding in cash ($30k) and paid off $97k in debt in 4 years.
Their approach is practical, realistic, and empowering—we couldn’t recommend them more to anyone serious about taking the next step with their finances. We’re extremely grateful for the impact Patrick and Lindsay have made on our lives."

"For the longest time, we actually felt like we were doing okay because we were so organized—we had the spreadsheets and we tracked every cent—but we just didn’t know how to apply any of it to actually get ahead. We had all the data, but no real strategy to make the needle move.
Patrick and Lindsay were the ones who finally showed us how to bridge that gap. They helped us turn our organization into a real plan of attack, and the results were honestly mind-blowing. In just 21 months, we managed to pay off $138k in debt. It’s hard to put into words how much lighter we feel now. We went from just 'managing' our debt to completely crushing it. If you feel like you’re doing the work but not seeing the results, you seriously need to talk to them."
"Working with Patrick and Lindsay has fundamentally shifted how I view and approach money and stewardship.
When I received an inheritance after my mother's passing, I could have done what most people do in that situation: squander it. Instead, I had mentors who taught me differently. Patrick and Lindsay helped me navigate the decision to pay off all my student loans. Lindsay personally went with me to vet a financial investment advisor to ensure the money was being managed with integrity.
Their guidance didn't just save my inheritance. It installed a mindset that's shaped so many financial decisions since. I bought my first car in cash. I learned how to stop bleeding money on mindless purchases. I'm currently building a credit profile and wealth foundation that reflects stewardship instead of survival.
Because of Patrick and Lindsay's coaching, I didn't just inherit money. I embodied a framework for building generational wealth. If you want to stop the cycle of financial chaos and actually build something lasting, they're essential to your journey."
